About Little Bear Psychology, PLLC

Welcome! I’m Dr. Kristen Gray, and I founded Little Bear Psychology, PLLC. I specialize in treating children, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, and behavioral challenges. I am passionate about supporting and improving healthy child and adolescent development, parent-child relationships, and resiliency. My approach is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and client-centered. I strive to make the therapeutic environment welcoming, empathetic, and nonjudgmental. Our work together will be collaborative and individualized to best support you and your family.

I chose the name Little Bear to represent a balance of playfulness and joy in childhood as well as strength and resiliency in growth. Little Bear is also the name of a 14er mountain in Colorado (Little Bear Peak) and the name is a nod to my dog, Ollie, whose nickname is "Olliebear."
